What is Starkscan?

Starkscan is a leading block explorer for Starknet, the ZK-rollup layer-2 that uses the Cairo programming language and STARK proofs rather than the EVM. Because Starknet is architecturally different from EVM chains — its own VM, account abstraction by default, and Cairo contracts — it needs a purpose-built explorer, and Starkscan provides transaction and address lookup, Cairo contract inspection and class exploration, token and NFT tracking, and decoding of Starknet's account-abstraction-based transactions.
